Through no fault of his own, Spade is looking for a new forever home because his owner is being deployed overseas - a tough goodbye for everyone involved .<br/><br/>Spade is a total lovebug once he feels comfortable. He lives for snuggles, belly rubs, and a good game of fetch. His favorite things include squeaky Kong toys, chew bones, and quality time with his people. He can be a little anxious at first and may need some extra patience, but once he warms up, you'll have a loyal, cuddly shadow by your side.<br/><br/>He does well with other dogs when introduced slowly. He hasn't had experience with young children or cats yet, so a home without them (or with older, dog-savvy kids) may be best.
