Sweet Sophie is seeking a home to call her own. <br/><br/>Sophie has been well loved her entire life. She's a special girl. Her previous owner loved and cared for her in an incredible way and it shows! She thinks life is sunshine and butterflies most of the time. She is still grieving the loss of her owner and is a bit apprehensive at times, but is starting to heal. She's a 5 1/2 year old Bernedoodle (Bernese Mountain Dog/Poodle mix) and weighs about 70lbs. Sophie takes medication for urinary incontinence once daily. The medication costs about $30 per month. <br/><br/>Sophie loves to go for walks! She really enjoys playing with other dogs and gets along with just about anyone. She cannot live with cats - she sees them as prey to chase. She is a professional napper and cuddler. She seems to enjoy children and has reacted very positively to a 13 year old. She has a big bark when she's nervous but is an absolute sweetheart. She could even make a good running buddy, she enjoyed a run with her foster a few days ago. <br/><br/>Sophie does get a little nervous when left alone but has made great strides in the short time that she's been with her foster. We have anti-anxiety medication to help her transition to her next home more easily. She is up to date on DHPP, rabies, and bordetella vaccines.
