Sophia's Story

Sophia's approx. D.O.B. is April 2023. She is healthy and happy. Her foster parent says: "Smart pup. Sophia weighs 12 kgs (Sept. 23/23) . She is amazing. HAPPY all the time and gets along with all dogs. She is good on the leash. Affectionate and all around a good girl. She is full of energy and and loves to play with her foster siblings, when her foster siblings are tired she just keeps on playing quietly on her own. (6 foster siblings of varying age and sizes). She also loves to play with humans. She keeps herself entertained when everyone else is taking a break as she is very energetic. She has been going for morning walks with two of the bigger dogs with a dog walker that has them all trained on a leash and allows them off leash at the park or beach and they come back as soon as he calls. As I said she is full of energy and would love a yard and others to play with (human and dog). She has an injury to her lower back a few months ago and it affected her peeing. She usually goes outside (doors always open) to pee, but tends to start walking away before she finishes leaving a little trail behind. Like a pup if she gets excited she can sometimes pee on the spot wherever she is. The vet is hopefull she will gain better control as she grows."<br/>She is currently in Nayarit, Mexico. She is ready to fly to her new home or be adopted locally! <br/>www.saltydogrescuebrigade.org
