Sonny's Story

Sonny was rescued from deplorable conditions on a property in Southern California. Sonny was one of 5 dogs that were unfed, living in dirty conditions, and unhoused. The day Sonny was rescued, he was found severely injured on his head and neck. He had surgery two days later and received additional veterinary care. Sonny has been with his foster since being medically cleared. He is a strong willed boy who needs a strong, confident handler. Despite all he's been through he is extremely chill energy and super loving. He can do well with other dogs with proper slow intros. He has a senior foster sister dog in the home he does very well with.
