I’ve been hanging out with my amazing foster family for a little under a year now, and while I love them, I am officially ready to find my forever team.<br/><br/>At 1.5-years-old and about 50 lbs, I am the perfect medium-sized package of pure joy. I’m a Black Labrador Retriever mix with a serious resume of skills:<br/><br/> The Ultimate Fetch Champion: I will play fetch for hours on end if you let me. Throw the ball. I bring it back. Repeat. It’s a flawless system.<br/><br/> Outdoor Enthusiast: Hiking, walking, exploring—you name it, I have the energy for it. I also love all types of water and do great with baths!<br/><br/> Classic Retriever Instincts: I’ve got that picture-perfect retriever point when I see birds, squirrels, or raccoons. With a little guidance, my fosters think I could easily be trained for hunting small game or waterfowl!<br/><br/> A Very Good Boy: I am already crate, house, leash, and potty trained. I know my basic commands and even have release commands down for when it’s time to eat!<br/><br/> Social & Loving: I do great with other dogs, and when the outdoor adventures are done, I transform into a huge snuggle bug who just wants to be close to you.<br/><br/> Location & Transport: I am currently in Knoxville, TN, but I can be transported out of state for the right home! My foster family can help arrange transportation to get me to you, though transport fees may apply if volunteer transport isn’t available.
