Sonar's Story

Meet Sonar!

Sonar is a one-year-old, 50-pound bundle of brains and bounce. This boy absolutely loves to run and let loose in the yard, showing off his impressive zoomies and joyful spirit. He thrives when he has space to move and people who are ready to keep up with him.

But Sonar isn't just speed, he's smart, too. He already knows sit, lay down, and paw, and he's eager to learn even more. Our volunteers have been working with him on his leash manners, and he's making great progress. With consistency and continued guidance, he's going to shine.

Sonar also does well with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine friend to romp around with. He'd make a wonderful match for an active home that's ready to give him both exercise and structure.

He's neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. If you're looking for a fun-loving, intelligent companion with a big heart and even bigger zoomies, Sonar is ready to make waves in your life. If you are interested in adopting Sonar please fill out an application at al-van.org/adopt.
