Soma Whippet Mix Boerne, TX

Meet Soma! This sweet girl came into the rescue super skittish, but her foster has been working with her and she continues to make progress. She LOVES toys and other dogs. She's learned to sit and is pretty good about coming when called. She's doing great learning not to jump on people and has learned how to use the doggy door. She's doing great on a leash, too. Every day she's opening up more and more to new people as she's learned to trust. Soma is about 1 year old and weighs 16 pounds. She'd love a patient forever home committed to helping her keep coming out of her shell.

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.
