Snowcone was found as a stray. He is a ball of energy and has never met a stranger! He just loves everyone! He does walk well on a leash once he gets some zoomies out of the way. He will gladly sit for a treat. We haven't tested him with other animals yet but he will be getting neutered on the 25th and we will get him tested after!
