Snow's Story

Buffalo’s been hanging on to summer for dear life — but here’s the good news: this is the only Snow you’ll be looking forward to! And unlike the white powder we shovel, this one won’t make you slip… unless you trip over how cute he is

Snow is a 4-5 year-old with a downy white coat and just the right mix of energy and sweetness. He loves to be part of the action — perfect for an active home where he can be right in the middle of things. He’s strong, so he’ll need someone confident to handle him, but you’ll quickly see his affectionate, loyal side. He sure would love some training to work on his leash manners so he can be part of long walks, hikes and even enjoying beautiful sunsets with his new best friend. He is an overall happy dog and is itching to bust out of the shelter.

Snow was a surrender to the shelter as his owner had to move and couldn’t take him along. While we know that is very sad, Snow is ready to put the past behind
him and embrace a new life with a bright future. His profile stated he is crate trained, housebroken (an adjustment period is always recommended in a new environment). He loves to play with toys and will happily amuse himself with one in the play yard. He also knows how to sit for a treat, and for a throw of a toy if you engage him in good manners.

He’s passed his initial dog/dog assessment but will need a meet-and-greet with any resident pups to ensure a great match. It did state that he is not a feline fan so no cats for this guy.

If you’re ready for your very own Snow Angel, come meet him at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter. This boy is waiting to turn every season into his favorite one — the one spent with you.
