Snickers #9's Story

Meet Snickers #9, who is 58lbs and a beautiful 7-year-old chocolate female Labrador with a gentle soul. She has spent her entire life living with a group of dogs, and for the very first time, she is experiencing life outside of a pen. She was known as #7238, she like the others has never had a name, so we gave her one. No dog should be a number she deserves a name of her own. Right now, Snickers is a little shy and learning how to trust. She will need a patient, loving adopter who can help her understand that she is safe - that she now has the freedom to run, play, curl up on a warm bed, and simply enjoy being a dog. She has no idea yet just how good life is about to be. Snickers is truly a lovely girl who deserves a second chance. With time, kindness, and understanding, she will blossom into a wonderful companion.
