Snickers's Story
Snickers has been in our program for months and we have not had one application on him. WHY?

This sweet, playful, social young man is more than ready to find a home to call his own. He's been in a foster home since his birth and he's now 13 months old. :( Nicky is fully vetted and SO HANDSOME! His beautiful coat is brindle on his head and legs with a striking black saddle! He is so shiny and slick ... he's just one of the best-looking dogs ever! You can bet he will get lots of compliments on his good looks!

Nicky's mom was a smaller yellow lab mix who had a nice, friendly personality and was adopted within days of being listed, but her puppies have not been nearly as lucky and we just can't figure out why. Although we do not know for certain, we believe Nicky's daddy was either a chocolate lab or a black lab because he and his siblings all look so "labby" but are definitely smaller than a purebred male lab. Nicky weighs just over 40 pounds and is getting very close to being full grown.

Nicky is considered to be house trained, crate trained and rides great in a car. He's not great on leash, but we are determined to get him that way! He is fully vetted and is heartworm negative and on preventative ... and he's ready to roll. Come on ... give this boy a shot at being your new best friend. He is very deserving and he's waiting just for you!

If you would like to meet or adopt this handsome boy, please start with our Adoption Application. The link is just below. His adoption fee is a mere $150.

To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application.

Once your application has been processed, we'll be in contact.

We cannot schedule a meet and greet without a completed application.

Please go to http://ootwrescue.org/adoption to fill out an application or review our Adoption Process.

Cat adoption fee is $100. Dog adoption fee is $150, unless otherwise specified.
