Smalls is thought to be around a year old. Smalls was said to have been found on Slab Road, Shade. Very close to the Meigs Co. line. However, it's possible that he could be from Gallipolis. Smalls currently weighs 52 pounds. Smalls has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. <br/><br/>Smalls isn’t just a dog- he’s an immersive experience. A snorting, farting freight train of enthusiasm with a gooey marshmallow center. A love machine with no concept that boundaries or personal space exists. Smalls WILL be your friend, you WILL rub his tummy, and he WILL share your snacks (ok, steal your snacks, but that’s just semantics). Smalls loves EVERYONE. He seeks out every person with his tractor beam of joy. He gets GIDDY around other dogs and is IMMEDIATELY their best friend, whether they like it or not. <br/><br/>The Smalls train goes from 0 to 900 in -0.1 seconds. Then suddenly it’s belly rub time. Then suddenly the train is ready to blast out of the station again, then makes a sudden stop for some more tummy rubs. It’s a wild, goofy ride. But never boring .<br/><br/>Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 5/24/25).
