He loves playing fetch, going for walks, exploring new places, and soaking up plenty of belly rubs.<br/><br/>Like many dogs, Slim Jim can be a little stubborn from time to time, but treats and toys are excellent motivators. He enjoys learning and has made great progress with training.<br/><br/>His life didn't start out easy. Slim Jim spent much of his early life with very little human interaction, so he had a lot to learn when he arrived at the rescue. Thanks to the dedication of a volunteer trainer and his own willingness to learn, he has come a long way in a short amount of time.<br/><br/>Slim Jim is looking for an active home that will continue helping him build confidence and enjoy all the good things life has to offer. He can't wait to meet his forever family!Adoption Fees:<br/><br/>Dogs: $250<br/>Cats: $95<br/>Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100<br/><br/>Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100<br/><br/>All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV).
