Slim's Story

Meet Slim! This seventy-pound Red Heeler is in search of his forever home and is currently in a foster home in Sandpoint, ID looking for a place where he can run and play. Slim loves to go camping, hiking, and swimming, and he will be your perfect adventure buddy for any outdoor excursion. Slim is well socialized with the dogs and people in his home but he is a bit under-socialized outside of the home. He is a herding breed so he does have those tendencies naturally, therefore we do recommend a home that has older children so he does not try to herd young ones. He is very food-motivated, which is great for training, and he is already current on his vaccines and is neutered. His adoption fee is $200.
