Slater's Story

Meet Slater, a 5 year old, 19 pound, male Chihuahua mix. Slater is a funny little lad who eats up attention as much as he'll eat up any food that drops in front of him. Slater will get excited and start doing a tippy-tap dance when you approach him. And once he had your attention, he'll roll over and demand a belly rub.

Slater is a sweet and well-behaved dog that will steal your heart, and food if given the chance. He enjoys cudling up and hanging out with his people, be it for walks, or relaxing on the sofa binge watching a show. Slater would do especially well in a home with another dog, as he loves to have a buddy and be social.

If you love a social pup that will share your love of friends and food, Slater might be the pup for you.

Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
