Meet Skylar. <br/>We are currently accepting applications for Skylar.<br/>Skylar is approximately 20 weeks of age. She is a beautiful Brindled Lab mix. She has beautiful markings and color. She is approximately 30#. Skylar is a playful pup. She carries confidence and is quick to learn. She was originally scheduled to by euthanized by her previous owner. She was, however, spared and was welcomed into Almost Home Foster & Rescue of MN. <br/><br/>Skylar does well with other dogs, cats, and farm animals. <br/><br/>A daily walk and outside playtime are enough to keep her happy, content, and healthy. Skylar should have a fenced yard attached to her home for exploring and bathroom breaks - she isn’t pottying on leash just yet. She is doggie-door savvy, appears to housebroken. She requires additional time and patience while on a leash…this is new to her. Out in the world, she watches other dogs and people with interest. AHFR is located in SE Minnesota, in the Austin/Albert Lea area. AHFR is primarily a Beagle and small dog rescue.<br/><br/>Our focus is to pull from High-Kill Shelters and to save those dogs that are at risk of euthanasia.<br/><br/>All AHFR adoptions require an approved, completed application, a Veterinarian and Personal Reference Check, a smoke-free environment, and a home visit.<br/><br/>Our Adoption fee is $425.00 for a single dog adoption.<br/><br/>All our dogs are completely vetted, 4DX tested, current on vaccinations, *spayed/neutered, and microchipped.<br/><br/>Please access our website to complete and submit an application for Skylar.
