Meet Skylar — the brave little brother with a big heart and an even bigger voice!

At just 4 months old, Skylar is full of playful puppy energy and endless affection. Skylar is a total lovebug who thrives on attention and isn't shy about showing it.

What makes Skylar extra special? He's already stepped into his role as protective little brother. He's got just enough confidence (and a tiny bark!) to look out for his sibling, making him both adorable and endearing all at once.

Skylar does great with other dogs and kids, and just like his brother, he's happiest when he's outside exploring, playing, and soaking up the sunshine. El Paso County Canine Rescue's Adoption Policy
Please bear with us as we process applications! We are working on changing our processes to function during the COVID-19 outbreak. We have had a big increase in people wanting to adopt (yay!) so it's taking us a bit of time to get through the applications. We work on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must apply for adoption before you will be able to meet with a pup. If you meet with a dog and decide to adopt, we can process your adoption right then and you can go home with your new family member! Thank you for adopting from us and saving our sweet dogs!
