PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION SKYLAR IS IN FOSTER CARE IN ROCKFALL, CT IF INTERESTED THERE IS AN APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE houstonshaggydogrescue.org SKYLAR is a really sweet and pretty girl She has a very nice disposition and loves to run. and play in the yard with her toys and her buddies, she has completed a 6 week board and train program and has been leash and off leash trained, she is house trained and will be a great companion for someone who likes to run or hike, she is a shepherd mix and very smart, she learns quickly.,she will need a fully fenced in yard and would do great as an only dog or with companions.,she is approximately 18 months old and 76 lbs , houstonshaggydogrescue.org , We only adopt to experienced dog owners The total adoption fee of $400 ( ,spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at .houstonshaggydogrescue.org

Adoption Application: Shaggy Dog Rescue wants to find the perfect home for all the dogs in our care. Therefore, we are very strict in our adoption policies. Steps in the adoption process: Fill out and return our adoption application After receiving your application, we would like to discuss with your veterinarian We will contact you to discuss the Adoptee, to see if we can make the perfect match After discussion, we will arrange a home visit for you to meet your prospective new family member & friend Upon agreement by all parties, sign adoption contract and give adoption donation for your Adoptee We do ask that for 3 months after adopting you email us photographs & progress reports of your new pet Complete the application process at www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org Submission of Application does not guarantee approval. NOTE: Shaggy Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. The adoption fee is a donation to defray veterinarian cost of these rescued dogs. The fee is non-refundable and to be paid at the time of adoption. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption we feel is not in the best interest of the dog or the adopter. Completion of this application does not guarantee approval for adoption. By submitting this application you agree to the Terms of Adoption above.
