Skye's Story
Meet Skye 🌤️🐾

Skye is a gentle, sweet girl who is learning what it means to feel safe and loved after coming from a neglect situation. She can be a little shy at first, but with patience (and a few tasty treats!), her affectionate personality starts to shine.

She’s treat-motivated, does okay on a leash, and did great with cat testing. Skye also did okay during dog testing, though we’d recommend a meet-and-greet with any resident dog to make sure everyone is comfortable. Because she can be a bit jumpy when excited, Skye would do best with kids ages 10 and up.

Skye is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She’s looking for a calm, understanding home where she can continue building confidence and finally enjoy the life she deserves.

If you’re willing to give a shy girl a chance, Skye just might steal your heart.
