Sky is looking for his forever family! <br/><br/>Sky is a very affectionate 3 year old lab mix. He lived happily in Puerto Rico with Knito amongst many other dogs and cats after being surrendered because he was "too big". A family here expressed serious interest in adopting him and we felt they would give him a wonderful forever home, so we flew him up. He has proven to be a wonderful boy who loves to be loved on.<br/>He follows his humans from room to room just to be near them. When someone is clearly going out he will stand at the door waiting to go for a ride. He is a good traveler and does not get car sick ever after hours in the car. <br/>Sky LOVES children and will intentionally go to where they are playing. He is learning to "sit" and 'stay" before eating and especially if he is about to be hooked up for a walk. He loves long walks and while he would love to have a fenced in yard he would also do great with an active owner who could be sure he gets his happy exercise. <br/>He does have some allergies that were much worse in PR and we hoped by bringing him to a different environment that they would begin to clear up. He is doing much better and is still on an allergy pill daily but we have promised to sponsor the cost of those allergy pills if the right family comes along. His adoption fee is waived for the right home. <br/>He is potty trained, loves toys and deserves a family of his own that will advocate for him and set him up for success. That won't take much! He wants to love you!! <br/><br/>Unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
