Hi, I'm Sky <br/><br/>I've been waiting at the shelter for a long, long time. Every day I watch people come and go, quietly hoping that someone will see me — really see me — and know that I've been saving all my love just for them.<br/><br/>I'm a beautiful, very loving, easy-going girl with a sweet soul. I can also be silly and goofy when I feel comfortable — sometimes I'll do the cutest little wiggle or make funny faces just to make you smile. Oh! And I love wearing clothes. Sweaters, shirts, little outfits... if it fits, I'll rock it. I think getting dressed up is pretty fabulous.<br/><br/>I'm very treat motivated (seriously... have snacks, will learn!). I'm happiest lounging on people furniture — I definitely prefer your couch over a dog bed. I'm a loyal girl who bonds closely with one special person. Once you're mine, I'm yours forever.<br/><br/>One of my favorite things to do is lay outside and soak up the sunshine. Just give me a warm spot and I'm in heaven. I also love pup cups (yes please!) and gently rubbing my head on your lap when I want some affection. That's my way of saying, “You're my person.”<br/><br/>A couple things to know about me: I am a chewer, so I do best with durable, tough toys that can keep up with me. And no chicken for this girl — it makes my skin break out, so I need a chicken-free diet to feel my best.<br/><br/>Because I'm such an easy-going gal, I'd do best in a home with calm dogs and older children who understand my gentle nature. I don't need chaos — I just need love, stability, and my person.<br/><br/>I've been waiting a long time, but I haven't given up. My heart is still wide open.
