Skittles's Story
Skittles was surrendered to a shelter we help, because he was part of an unwanted litter of puppies born in rural area we help in south Texas. We were able to save Skittles and his siblings, because one of our wonderful fosters brought them into her home. Skittles has been in our care since he was 6 weeks old, and he has now completed his veterinary care. We hope he’ll be adopted by someone who will always love him.

Skittles loves to play with any dog he meets, and he does well with cats too. He likes any pets he can get and is a social boy.

Skittles is house trained and leash trained. He weighs 18 pounds, and he is 4 months old. He is likely a Cattle Dog mix. His mama only weighs 25 pounds, so we think Skittles will be a medium sized adult.

Skittles is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Skittles can arrive in New York on 1/31. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.

We respond to all inquiries.
