Skittles's Story

Hello! I'm Skittles, an 8 year old male American PitBull, with 54 lbs of love to give with each kiss that I knock you down for. I was found by animal control, but my owner was unable to be reached with my microchip. So, I had a home. I love walking to the play yard where I get to do the most doggie things like sniff everything!

Humane Society of Yuma's Adoption Policy

We Have 2 locations for adoptions. The main shelter 4050 S. Ave 4 1/2 E ( 5 DAYS A WEEK) OR PetSmart adoption center,( located inside of PetSmart in the Yuma Palms Mall) Monday - Saturday 9:30am- 8pm Sunday 10:30am- 6pm. Not all the animlas seen on the website are able to come to the adoption center, call for the adoption location of a certain pet. Adoption fees range from $0-$250. This includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations, microchip for dogs. License extra. Open 5 days a week. Adoption hours Tuesday-Saturday 10-4:30pm Office hours 9-5pm 4050 S.
