Skippy's Story

Skippy is a terrier mix around 8 to 9 months old. He is attentive, playful, having a tantrum over the belly band. While he's doing great potty training (while in boarding) he's not 100% yet. So there are times a belly band is the best call.<br/><br/>What he needs is a foster home or adopter that is willing to get him to 100%. <br/><br/>Bonus points if you love to cuddle and have someone think you hung the moon.
