We believe that he is a Beagle/Pittie mix.<br/><br/>Skipper came to Judy's Forgotten Jewells on August 23rd. He was brought to us with his brother after they were found as strays. Since he has been in care, staff members say that he is a very friendly boy who loves playtime and affection.
