Sitka (Avail: February 22) Great Pyrenees Kiowa, OK

Now for my personal favorite, meet Sitka! ♥

"Sitka is my little cuddle bug. He loves being held and cuddled. He enjoys being with his people and will let you know when he wants attention. He is always excited to see you, and ready to go exploring when we open the kennel. He is also the first to greet the bigger dogs and initiate play. Sitka has such a sweet and lovable personality. He can and will befriend everyone he meets! ♥"

Sitka is a 6 week old male Great Pyrenees mix. He currently weighs about 10lbs. Our best guess is he will top out somewhere in the 80-90lb range.

-Sitka has been with us since birth. His mom Varity came to us heavily pregnant. We are unsure of who his dad was. Varity's former owner believes it was a male Pyr mix who visits sometimes but doesn't know for sure.

-Sitka is still a baby. This means his new family needs to be ready to potty train him, work with him on basic manners, and have a lot of time on their hands to help raise him.

-Sitka will need proper socialization. His new family will need to expose him to a little bit of everything. Such as walks, car rides, public outings, visitors, other dogs, etc.

-Sitka will not be ready to go home until February 22, give or take a couple of days. Anyone applying to adopt him needs to be able to bring him home close to that date.

-Sitka is being fostered in Kiowa, OK. We do not send our dogs on transports or ship them. This means his new family needs to pick him up, even if they are out of state.

His adoption fee is $275. That includes two sets of puppy shots, bordetella, and rabies. He will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on my heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.
