Simba's Story

Hi!<br/>My name is Simba! I am a 6 year old golden doodle. I came to Tyler‘s Rescue as an owner surrender when my family‘s lifestyle changed and they could no longer provide the proper care for me. I get along with other dogs, cats, and kids. I am a little reactive when walking on leash, but that’s only due to the fact that I didn’t get enough exposure to meeting people and other dogs on leash, so I don’t really know what to do when I’m on a leash, but my foster mom has been working with me and I’ve been improving a lot with that. I love making new friends and when I’m home I love being by my humans side and offering the most love and affection that I can. I am definitely more of a homebody, but as long as I’m with my human, I’m down to explore wherever they want to go. I would love to find a family to spend my days with, a big backyard for me to run around in, and maybe even another canine pal for me to play with. If you think that we might get along, fill out an application and let’s meet up.
