Simba's Story
This little lion man is Simba. He’s approx 1 year old and around 15lbs.

His origin story per his original finder: this little terrier walked up to my door, hopped into my lap and just wanted cuddles. He was covered in fleas and looked extremely tired. I called animal control and they said it’d be a few days for them to respond. They suggested I release him back out onto the streets but that meant he’d eventually get attacked by coyotes. I kept him but I can’t be his forever home.

Simba’s family never came for him or looked for him as he was posted with the shelter. He’s now thriving in a foster home, hanging out with his foster dog siblings and cuddling on his humans.

He’s looking for a home that can match that same energy and continue to just love on him. Words from his foster: he is being such a gentleman. He had no problems meeting my dogs and does love to cuddle.

Apply to meet Simba at https://www.muttsinneed.org/adoption-application.html
