Meet Simba
In September of 2020, Simba and some other feral dogs were trapped by our rescue group. She received the vet care she needed and then spent time learning to trust humans, be a house dog, and cuddle with her people.
She's a low to medium energy dog. Although it takes her a bit to warm up to new folks, when she does, she enjoys spending time with her human. She house trained and crate trained. She loves to play with toys and isn't destructive, unless you take into consideration that she destroys plush dog toys.
She gets along better with male dogs than female but can learn to love any dog with proper decompression time and slow introductions.
Like lots of dogs, Simba needs to be fed separately from any other dog. She enjoys outside time and going on walks. Simba is not a dog that would enjoy going to the dog park.
If you think you'd be able to provide a good and loving home to Simba, hop on over to our website, at www.mayberry4paws.com and grab an adoption application. Completed applications can be emailed to us.
