Sid (Sidney)'s Story

From Sid’s foster family:

Hi! My name is Sidney. Have you seen the movie Ice Age? Yep, I’m named after Sid. ?
I found myself homeless after my previous owner tied me to a tree and left me. I’m not mad at the tree though. It’s not the trees fault I found myself in that situation. I even miss my family that left me.
I was picked up by the local pound where I spent a few months until my time was up. Thankfully A Home For Weary Wanderers busted me out of there just in time.
I LOVE PEOPLE!!! You guys are all great! I love spending time with whoever is available. I love visitors and meeting new people. I don’t know why they call me social butterfly because I really don’t think I look like a butterfly at all. If you work from home, I could totally be your assistant. I think I would be super helpful. In my spare time, I practice my surgical skills performing squeekerectomies much to the dismay of my roommates that find the leftover dog toy guts.
I’m also super good with dogs. I currently live with two larger dogs and one really little old dog. It’s nice having them around. I haven’t met a dog I haven’t liked yet.
Not to boast but everyone always comments on how sweet and perfect I am. They say I’m a really good dog. I’m just a super friendly guy.
I’m a bit older. They think I’m about seven years old. You know what that means? No puppy shenanigans and I know to do my business outside. I recently weighed in at 58 pounds but I am a bit on the skinny side right now and could use some extra treats and snacks.
I really enjoy my current living situation with my roommates and their dogs but it’s time for me to find my own perfect family so that they can help another dog that doesn’t have a home.
My foster mom helped me write this. You can always message her if you have questions about me.
