Shortcake

Hi, my name is Shortcake and I am as short and sweet as my name suggests! I weigh around 35 pounds and am about 3-4 years old. I originally came up to ODR in January of 2026 and was adopted out fairly quickly. I just found my way back to my friends here at the rescue after it was discovered that I am quite fearful of visitors in my home. Because of this, I will do best in a quiet home where I don't feel the need to protect my people and my space from strangers. Once I know you, though, I am the sweetest, snuggliest, loveliest lady of them all! I do very well with the other dogs here, but I am on the calmer side so probably won't enjoy puppies or overly playful dogs in the home. I do not seem to mind the office kitties one way or another. The people here all say I am a super special little lady o come and meet with me today!
