Prefer a family has no young kids under 10 years old.<br/><br/>3. Can provide high quality dog food for " Shirley " .<br/><br/><br/>4. Can provide daily exercise, at least an hour / twice a day.<br/><br/>5. You are committed to provide a forever loving home to<br/>" Shirley ".<br/><br/>6.Prefer a family that will not leave her alone for long periods during the day ( less than 6 hours ).<br/><br/>17. must be allowed on your couches .<br/><br/><br/>-------------------------------------<br/>Adoption process ---<br/><br/>1. Fill out the adoption application form<br/><br/>2. Phone interview<br/><br/>3. Home check and meet up with " Shirley "<br/><br/>@Please note: after completing the adoption process, including a home check, we do not guarantee the dog you have applied for will be offered to you to adopt. The home check gives you and our volunteers an opportunity to decide if your home and this dog are a good match. We may be doing several home checks to find the best match, and our team of volunteers review all the information acquired in the process to help dogs and families find the best fit for each adoption.
