Meet Sheriff! <br/>Sheriff is a 2-year-old Chocolate Lab and Am Staf Terrier mix with the sweetest soul. When we first met him at a high-kill Shelter, he had been placed on the euthanasia list—his last day of the Final Call.<br/>As we walked past his kennel a few time, Sheriff looked at us with his hopeful brown eyes, enthusiastic smile, and his tail wagging as if he still believed someone would give him a chance!<br/>We knew we couldn't leave him behind. The thought of this sweet boy losing his life simply because he was scared & ran out of time was heartbreaking. So we stepped in and rescued him. <br/>Currently in his foster home, Sheriff lives peacefully with a small dog and does wonderfully with children (10 yr-old). Has not been tested with younger He is calm, mellow and would thrive in a laid-back household. We learned that Sheriff most likely wasn't treated well by his previous owner. Yet he remains to be incredibly sweet, loyal, affectionate, eager to please, and with so much love to give! We hope he could have an adopter with love and patience to give him in return.
