They were spared euthanasia for space due to their sweet and social nature and they are friendly with all dogs and people. We will share more information as we get to know them in foster care.<br/><br/>Foster Update: Sherbert is a sweet friendly boy who makes friends with everyone he meets; he has a lot of puppy energy and loves playing with all the toys! He's pretty good at entertaining himself, but if left to his own devices can get into some mischief. He loves to be outside and would enjoy a yard to run around in. His big ears tune into everything happening around him. He does make a stink at first when crated, but settles quickly. Sherbert will need a family who will give him plenty of outlets for his energy. He would be okay as an only dog or with a canine companion. His ideal family has a secure fenced yard and large breed experience.<br/><br/>Medical Info: Sherbert has a diagnosis of low grade Megaesophagus; he is thriving with eating three smaller rehydrated meals daily from an elevated food bowl. We believe he will have a normal life expectancy with continued dietary and lifestyle management in the home.<br/><br/>Adoption Info: The adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, deworming, microchip and registration, heartworm test for dogs over 6 months, and recent vet exam.
