UPDATE: SHEP IS SAFE RESCUE Shep was hit by a train and survived. Presently, he is sitting in a kill shelter and only has a few days left before he is euthanized/killed. We are desperately seeking a foster home for him. He has lived through a miracle and deserves a chance to see how far he can come, wheels have been donated if he is unable to use his back leg fully, but its only been just over a week and he's improving.
