Shelby - Adopted!!! Maltese & Poodle Mix Quentin, PA

**Update** (3/12/18) Shelby now has a family! Her foster mom in Georgia found an amazing home for her, so she won't be coming to PA. Have a great life, Shelby! (2/25/18) **UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM** Shelby is 10 year old Maltese/Poodle, very sweet and loves to snuggle with her foster Mom. She's perfectly house trained, spayed & up to date on vaccines. Shelby weighs only 10 lbs but she packs a lot of personality into that little fluffy body. Walks fine on leash, and she goes on one mile walks at her foster home. She's still quite active and playful. Will fetch her squeaky toy again and again. Shelby enjoys romping around the fenced back yard at her foster home, sniffing around for rabbits. She's fine with older kids that handle her gently, though toddlers are a bit too much for her. Although she loves people, she needs to be an only pet as she doesn't care for other dogs or cats. (1/3/18) Shelby was tested with a few other dogs, and she did not do well. Based on this update, we will be looking for a adoptive home where Shelby can live as the only dog. (12/30/17) This tiny 7-1/2 lb. malti-poo girl was pulled for us today from a shelter in Georgia. She appears to be about 10 years old. Shelby is now safe in a foster home in GA, and we will update this post when we know more about her. SHELBY WILL NEED A FOSTER/ADOPTER WHEN SHE ARRIVES TO PA IN A FEW WEEKS!
