Shelby came to us emaciated at 44 lbs. She turned 10 in Jan, has been in foster with dogs, cats and kids. She is super sweet while letting the other dogs know what she wants (adoringly referred to as 'bossy old lady'). Shelby has the most adorable bark when excited. She is housebroken, crate trained and non destructive in the home. Shelby lived in a home where she was not only a non priority, she was left for a year to rot and starve.
