Hi, I'm Shelby and I'm 2 1/2 years old, spayed and current on my shots, completely ready to find my new best friend. I get along good with most all dogs (in fact in my current home there's a 4 lb Chihuahua that thinks <i>she's</i> my boss!). Here's a few of my favorite things: Playing frisbee, running free as the wind outside, kongs stuffed with peanut butter, and nylabones are my favorite lay around and chew things. I'm good about getting bathed and even having my nails done on a regular basis doesn't bother me. I haven't lived with kids but have been around a 7 and 13 year old quite a bit (I probably shouldn't live with small kids as I'm kinda big, about 60 lbs). I met a cat the other day and wasn't real impressed by it, but I've never lived with one, so it might not be a good idea to live with one now. If we agree to an adoption further than that there will be an additional charge.<br/><br/>Any adoption further than 60 miles is at the discretion of the Board due to availability of volunteers.
