Sharpie

Sharpie is a very snuggly 10 week old Chiweenie puppy. He loves everyone he meets but can be a little intimidated by bigger dogs Don’t worry, with slow introduction he becomes fast friends with them as well. When he’s not snuggling up to his foster mom, he could be found wrestling with his foster siblings or playing quietly by himself. He enjoys the company of other dogs but human company is more important to him so he’d be fine in a home with or without other dogs. We are currently battling the cold weather with potty training but he uses pee pads just fine! Sharpie is very food motivated and will be easy to train. He sleeps in his crate all through the night. He also takes long deep naps throughout the day.<br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. <br/><br/>Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. <br/><br/>Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. <br/><br/>Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog.
