Sharon & Ozzy (*BONDED PAIR*)'s Story
Sharon: Female, 10 years, Chihuahua mix (tan/white), 8 pounds.
Ozzy: Male, 15 years, Chihuahua mix (black/tan), 12 pounds.

Meet Sharon and Ozzy!

This bonded pair of Chihuahuas are as memorable as their namesakes. Sharon is the confident leader who keeps things running smoothly, while Ozzy is her sweet shadow who relies on her for comfort and guidance. Because Ozzy is visually impaired, he can be unsure in new environments and prefers to stick close to Sharon, though he does gain confidence once he learns his surroundings.

Sharon has great potty manners and quickly adapts to routines. Ozzy is still working on consistency. He does best on a schedule and may wear a belly band when left unattended, but he’s making progress every day. Both are very food motivated, which makes training and bonding extra fun.

These two are crate-trained, sleep through the night, and love nothing more than curling up on a warm lap. They’re good with other dogs, don’t mind cats, and would be happy either as part of a pack or as the stars of the show. Ozzy is a social butterfly who loves greeting visitors, while Sharon takes a more reserved approach, though she may just be enjoying a break from watching over her best buddy.

Together, Sharon and Ozzy are affectionate, quirky, and completely lovable. They’re ready to win over the hearts of everyone they meet, just like they’ve already done with their foster family!

If you are interested in adopting Sharon and Ozzy, an adoption application can be filled out on our website: www.fairhumane.org > Adopt a Pet > Adoption Application.
