A witness saw her owner walk away and leave her behind… she waited and waited, confused and heartbroken. How cruel and sad is that? Despite everything, Shania is SO sweet, loving, and friendly. She just wants to be part of a family again! Being dumped after giving so much trust and love is something no dog deserves, especially a love bug like Shania! We are desperately looking for a foster or adopter who can give Shania the chance she deserves. A warm bed, a safe home, and someone to show her not all humans are bad.
