With other dogs, he has neutral to playful moments and has done nicely in slow, thoughtful introductions, though he prefers calmer dogs and may not be a match for high-energy yards. He's done well with kids on outings and shows no handling sensitivities, but his physical enthusiasm and strength mean he'll thrive most in a dog-savvy home.<br/><br/>Despite the stress of shelter life, Shamu has made incredible progress.
