Shaina's Story

Meet Shaina! She is a happy, affectionate girl who brings instant good vibes wherever she goes. She loves going for walks and her excitement is pretty contagious. When she gets playful, she’ll break into goofy zoomies, but she also settles nicely and walks calmly by your side. She has an eye condition that makes her vision cloudy, but it doesn’t slow her down or dampen her spirit. Shaina is looking for a loving home that can enjoy her fun energy, support her vision needs, and meet her at our Kosasa Family Campus in Ewa Beach.

Hawaiian Humane Society's Adoption Policy

A photo ID is required at the time of all adoptions. Hawaiian Humane operates on a first come, first served basis, if you complete a questionnaire for a particular pet online, that does not reserve the pet. To best serve you, check in at least 30 minutes before closing to meet with an adoptions representative. Please note that if you wish to conduct a meet-and-greet between your dog and one of our available dogs, due to the high volume of visitors, you may be asked to wait outside our gate with your pet until an adoptions representative is available or reschedule for a different day.
