Hi, I'm Shadow-a 62-pound Terrier mix with a spunky spirit and a super sweet heart! One of my favorite things in the whole world is carrying around a soft squeaky toy wherever I go-it's kind of my signature move. I'm also a big foodie, so mealtime is very exciting for me! I did come in a bit on the skinny side, so I may need a slow feeder to help me eat at a better pace. <br/><br/>When I'm not thinking about snacks, I love being outside, exploring all the sights and smells-it's where I feel happiest and most like myself. I can be a little unsure around new people or quick movements at first, but with calm, proper introductions, I warm up pretty quickly and show my loving side. Once I feel comfortable, I'm a total sweetheart who enjoys companionship and being part of the fun. I'd really thrive in a home that can keep me active, engaged, and socialized so I can continue building my confidence.
