Seren Sadie is currently enrolled in the 12 week Puppies 4 Parole program through the Mo Department of Corrections. She will graduate around January 15th and will be available for adoption at that time. She is dog friendly and would love to have a dog friend in her new home. Sadie has not been cat tested, so not sure how she would do with cats. SHe would do great with older considerate kids.<br/><br/>Sadie has medium energy. She likes being outside, but wants her person to be outside with her.<br/><br/>Sadie also enjoys walks, and does walk well with a harness.<br/><br/>House and crate trained. She prefers being crated at night near her people. If you would allow her to sleep with you even better.<br/><br/>Sadie rides quietly in the car. Sadie does have some stranger danger, and is leery around new people at first. She does best when visitors just ignore her and let her come to them on her terms. She does bark at new people and sounds, so may not do well in a apartment setting<br/><br/>Sadie is a really sweet dog but needs someone who will be patient with her and give her time to trust her new family. Once Sadie is comfortable with you, she will be your shadow. She is not much of a snugglier, but does like to be near you. Sadie really likes chicken as a treat, which can be used to build trust. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
