Sena's Story

MEET SWEET SENA!!! She's about 5 years old, but still has plenty of puppy energy :) Sena LOVES people and likes to greet everyone with a hug! When we went outside, she got so excited and got the zoomies immediately! Besides playtime, Sena is a huge fan of lap time, belly rubs, and covering your face in kisses!! She was a stray-transfer from our neighbors at WAS, so sadly, we don't know her story. But Sena is excited for her next chapter! Kansas Humane Society of Wichita's Adoption Policy

Adoptions are available on a first come, first served basis - no appointment needed. Holds may be placed for a deposit by visiting KHS, or calling 316-524-9196. When you arrive at KHS, let our adoptions counselors know which animal(s) you'd like to meet in our visiting rooms or play yards. We encourage visits by all members of the household, especially kids and other dogs! *Must be 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by an adult) with a current photo ID. Must be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment, and proper care for your adopted companion.
