Sweet Scully is a love. She is affectionate, full of love and kisses and loves to snuggle with her human. She is playful and energetic but can be a couch potato when its time to snuggle. Scully loves going for walks and jogs. In fact she is great on the leash. True to pit bull type dogs, Scully is great with people and wonderful with older children. She is still too young and energetic for small children and might knock them over accidentally but she would never hurt them. But because of that she’ll be adopted only to children 10yrs old or older at this time.

Scully would prefer to be an only dog to bask in the love of her human. However, she is good with some dogs and if she is to be a doggie companion we will consider male dogs only. Sweet Scully is not food or resource aggressive toward dogs or humans.

Scully is not good with cats.

SCULLY'S BACKGROUND: Scully was seen wandering for around three months before she was rescued. She was not spayed and had signs of having at least one litter of puppies fairly recently. Given her initial reactions to cars and not being able to see her person, it’s likely she was dumped. A Good Samaritan took her in for a short time, discovering that she was good with the household’s children and two male dogs, but they did not have the resources to keep her.

FOR ADOPTION: Scully will be adopted to an inside forever home only. Fence required. If Sully is to be a companion to another dog she will be adopted to a male (submissive) companion only. References, vet reference & home visit required. Scully's adoption donation of $200 is used to help other abandoned and abused dogs like herself.
