By the time Scruffy reached us, he was so severely matted we couldn’t even see his eyes — just a tiny body hidden beneath tangles and knots.<br/><br/>Our rescue, Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue (CCAR), stepped in and gave him the fresh start he deserved.<br/>? Groomed<br/>? Fully vaccinated<br/>? Neutered<br/>? And finally able to see the world again<br/><br/>Now Scruffy is ready for his furever family.<br/><br/>He is:<br/> • ? Loving, loyal, and playful<br/> • ? Great with other dogs<br/> • ? Good with cats<br/> • ? Currently thriving in a foster home in the High Desert<br/> • ?
