He loves spending time with people and is happiest when he's getting plenty of attention and affection.<br/><br/>Scrappy likes some dogs more than others, so he'd need to meet any potential canine sibling to make sure they're a good match. We are a same-day adoption center, and an application does not put you on a list or hold an animal for you. Prior to adoption, all of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given their age-appropriate vaccines.
