Scout's Story

Scout is a 3-month-old (presumably husky mix). He absolutely loves to cuddle and snuggle up to you and is definitely a people dog! Scout thrives on spending plenty of time outdoors. He loves his walks and sniffing everything he can! <br/>He has been very soft and friendly with meeting dogs & people, has a bit of interest in my cats but is doing really well being respectful, is adjusting to crate training, and has not had any accidents in the house. <br/>So far just a silly, goofy, happy puppy! <br/><br/>Let’s find this cute guy the perfect home.

Catskill Canine Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process begins with a thorough review of both professional and personal references. This is followed by an in-depth interview with the potential adopters. Subsequently, we conduct a comprehensive home visit to assess the suitability of their living environment. If the potential adopters have existing dogs, we arrange a meet-and-greet session between their dog and our dog to ensure compatibility. Upon successful completion of all these steps, the potential adopters may proceed with the adoption of one of our dogs.
